The St. Marys Memorial High School Alumni Foundation is a charitable organization whose primary goal is to build an endowment for the St. Marys City Schools. The Foundation is also responsible for the administration of the St. Marys Memorial High School Alumni Foundation Hall of Fame.
The endowment fund is built through memberships, gifts of cash, real property, tangible personal property, and fundraising.
The St. Marys Memorial High School Alumni Foundation is administered by a community minded Advisory Committee and five non-voting-ex-officio members. The voting members are appointed members of the public who serve varying lengths on a voluntary basis. The ex-officio members include members of the St. Marys Board of Education, the Superintendent, and the Treasurer.
The fund will be built through gifts of cash, securities, real property, tangible personal property and personal life insurance, through bequests and charitable trusts from forward-looking donors and through fundraising events.

The St. Marys Memorial High School Alumni Funds will be administered by an Advisory Committee consisting of nine regular voting members and five non-voting ex-officio members. The voting members shall serve for a term of three years. The ex-officio members include the Superintendent and Treasurer of the St. Marys City Schools, President and Vice-President of the St. Marys City Schools Board of Education, and the president of the St. Marys Education Association.
